WOW what a wonderful summer it is, we've been busy. Still learning and trying new things, everyone has been so helpful and supportive. We have had 2 outdoor concerts that have been attended very well. We are having more bands playing in the bar. We have been very lucky to find very good local bands that just want  a place to play and help us out.   Our Saturday nights have been a happening place. What fun!!

 These are some of the pictures of the yard. We've been working hard on it and it is paying off, it is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a wonderful place for your party, wedding, re-union or what ever.

A brief introduction: Michael was born and raised in California in the Sacramento area and has been a Hair stylist for over 30 years and owning several salons along the way in Sacramento, Carmichael, Reno, Nevada, and in Tacoma, WA.  John is from Wisconsin, but has lived in California for many years and has been a Medical Clinic Manager in the state of Nevada and in Washington, for about 20 years. This is a huge undertaking for both of us and we are honored to be the new owners of The French Gulch Hotel Bed & Breakfast. We intend to carry on where the previous owners Andrew and Carol, left off. We will build on their foundation and the others before them, keeping with the history and the fun of the era. We want many things to happen but not all will happen right away. We will work toward these changes to develop the Hotel into the new era.  Please join us for dinner or a nights stay and see all the new and exciting things we have started. We have already added the espresso bar and gift & antique store and are offering a completely new menu with nightly specials. We are keeping our prices as low as possible to make it easier to visit us during these recessionary times. We are committed to this community and will do our very best to maintain and update this hotel back to it's rightful glory days.

 With Gods help we will all make it through these poor economic times.
